해결 방법
1. 참조의 "노란색 느낌표" 클릭 - 없어질 때까지 조금 기다림 (또는 마우스 오른쪽 - 속성 클릭 후 기다림)
2. Nuget 복원, 다운로드 될 때가지 기다림
3. Visual Studio 재시작
4. 윈도우 재시작
